Control your 0845 and 0870 numbers via the Internet with Call Planner

Call Planner is available on 0845 430, 0870 950 & 0870 360 numbers only.

Call Planner includes 3 useful services as standard. Divert plan, Time of day routing and Voicemail to Email.

Divert Plan

This enables you to choose up-to 3 different landline phone numbers to route your 0845/0870 number to using a Divert Plan facility you control. Once set-up, the divert plan works automatically re-routing incoming 0845/0870 calls to the landlines you have chosen. If the call is not answered within 10 seconds or if the number is engaged the incoming call is seamlessly re-routed to the next available landline you have specified in the divert plan. This facility enables you to change the termination number/s in real time over the web without having to pay for each change.

Time of day routing

This enables you to select the time/day/date for your calls to automatically route to the landline numbers in your Divert Plan. Outside the hours you select, all incoming calls will go to your voicemail to the voicemail to email service.

Voicemail to Email

This service sends you an email with a sound wav file attachment with your caller’s message, when calls are engaged or unanswered. This gives you a permanent record of messages. The wav file will open in Windows media player or similar program. Windows media is part of windows.

The Call Planner set-up costs all inclusive of website access and voicemail to email delivery.

Changing the target landlines is as simple as logging in and retyping the number into the system. The system gets updated in real-time as you submit the details over the internet. We will provide you the URL and login details for web access to your management area for your Call Planner.

Our Voicemail to email system includes a professional pre-recorded female voice for your outgoing message.

If the incoming call is out of hours as specified by your time of day planner then the message simple says "Unfortunately the office is now closed, please leave a message including your name and number and we will return your call as soon as possible".

If all the lines are engaged during office hours, the message says, "Sorry your call can not be taken right now, please leave a message including your name and number and we will return your call as soon as possible".

Virtual Receptionist (Optional Service) - We use this service, call our number 0845 430 4123 to hear a demo.

Enhance your companies image by using our Virtual Receptionist system. When your clients call into your 0845/0870 number, they are presented with a professional greeting, which can be recorded by our in-house professional voiceover artists, tailored to your company.

e.g. Welcome to ABC Computers. Please press 1 for sales, 2 for support, 3 for billing and accounts. (up to 10 options).

When an option is pressed, the call is instantly routed to the landline number specified by you for that option. All options are customisable via our online management system.
