Voicemail with email notification
A must have
addition to your 0845 number.
We can link a
voicemail box to your 0845 number. You dial an 0845 access number to
listen to your messages (protected with a pin number). Every time a
voicemail is left, you are sent a notification email to let you know
there is a message waiting. You can also leave your own outgoing message
and specify after how many rings/seconds you want the voicemail system
to answer. If your line is engaged when you are receiving a call, the
voicemail service will automatically take the message.
No more missed
calls, engaged tones and lost business!

Customer
Controlled Routing (CCR)
Instantly re-route your 0845 calls
to others landline via your phone.
Many of our clients use
this service to route calls to home out-side of office hours or to
another person/virtual office when out. Using this system, all re-routed
calls are free to you unlike call forwarding offered by BT.
Our CCR
service enables you to instantly re-route your 0845 number using our automated system, which is
accessed via an 0870 number and a pin number. To use the service you
simple phone into the system from any phone and via a pin number, you select your pre-programmed
options using the keypad to instantly re-route your incoming calls.
You get 2 landline options as standard but
you can have up-to an additional 8 if required required.
This is a fantastic disaster recovery solution. If your
landlines ever fail you can instantly reroute to a call centre or
another office, saving any missed calls/business.

If your main
number is engaged or is unanswered, the caller can be seamlessly re-routed
to another UK landline number. For example this could be another number in
your office or a call answering service. There are never any call / divert
charges to pay! You can specify the number of seconds/rings the call is
rerouted when ordering this service.

Dialled
number display
Where your phone
supports caller-line display, this service will show you the number the
caller has dialled. This will enable you to know if a business call is
coming through on your 0845 number or a personal call is coming in on your
landline. Calls directly to your landline number will still show the
caller-line identity from the caller. Excellent service for call centres
answering in different company names as you can store the 0845 number in the
phonebook so that a company name is displayed, rather than the 0845 number.
